Pat Testa has over 31 years experience in drug & alcohol testing and Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance and a background in law enforcement. Testa, now working as an independent consultant to all regulated industries, including OSHA, Homeland Security, DOT, non-DOT, and federal and non-federal regulated industries in the USA and Canada, frequently travels with his staff to bring TCT Services LLC’s on-site auditing, drug & alcohol testing, and training services to clients.
Debra Testa has 10 plus years in the drug & alcohol testing and Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance industry. Debra is the Senior Administrator Department Lead at TCT Services LLC. Along with overseeing all administrative duties, Debra is the head of our new File Maintenance program. This allows TCT Services LLC to maintain all employee qualification, drug and alcohol files, as well as vehicle maintenance files. Having TCT Services LLC manage the files frees up the client's time while remaining in compliance with the DOT and non-DOT regulations and policy-oriented procedures.
